It's never too late to start something new!
Many of my greatest accomplishments in life have occurred in the midst of disbelief by those around me. And those successes are the most satisfying to me.
Let's try to keep it real for our kids as they grow up, people. We want to groom adults who understand how to take life's best and worst shots and still be successful.
Ask yourself, "Am I a manager or leader? Do I help people feel important or do I make sure they know I am important?"

I went to bed the other night after playing some flag football with my knees throbbing (I have arthritis in both knees) and I began to lament the fact that My best days are behind me. I used to just love athletics and the joy of competing. But here I am in my mid 50's - my knees are shot and other than riding bike or a brisk walk my sporting days are behind me.
