Give your body a 10 minute scan

Find a quiet place where you can sit or lie down. Calm your breathing and check in with where you are carrying your stress. Start with your head an work down your body. Breathe into areas that are holding the most stress and move on to other areas when you are ready. As you end your body scan meditation, you will notice your body is more relaxed with less stress.

What does freedom mean to you? For a lot of us in North America, it means getting a weekend to relax or the ability to speak freely. Unfortunately, around the world, people don't even get fundamental rights. I grew up in a communist country, and I think everyday how lucky we are now to live in Canada. Don't take your freedom for granted!
