If you're a gin lover then you probably already know about the naturally flavoured lavender gin by the Empress Hotel in Victoria BC. Not only is it visually appealing, but so delicious! I enjoy it with just soda but if you want to try something different here is another one of my favourites, the Empress 75.
1 1/2 oz Empress 1908
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Shake on ice, double strain into a chilled flute, top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
